Service Units
Choir
- The Choir leads the people before God in praise, worship and also special songs during church meetings and services.
- As the choir leads the congregation into the high praises of God and ultimately his presence, God himself comes down with His blessings Psalm 22:3.
- We use the instrumentality of music to proclaim the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Hospitality
- Greet and welcome worshipers and first timers into the auditorium.
- Support and assist the elderly and disabled in and out of the church auditorium.
- Register and support new converts.
- They work with other service groups to identify those responding to the altar call and direct them to the appropriate service group.
Media/Editorial
- Transcribe and edit messages to be written to CDs and other storage media.
- Take photographs to support social media engagement and production of publications.
- Manage the church’s social media platforms.
- Maintain service message archives.
- Manage church websites
IT/Technical
- Responsible for video coverage and recording of all service and church events.
- Projection of scriptures, songs and announcement during services and events.
- Effective functioning of the audio-visual equipment during services and other church events.
- Stream live services on the church website and other platforms.
Ushering
- Co-ordinate flow/direction of people during ministrations and services.
- Attend to members inquiries during the services.
- Maintain orderliness in the Church Auditorium before and during the services.
- Distribution of publications to worshipers.
- Counting and Collating worshipers service Attendance Report.
Transport/Crowd Control
- Coordinate worshipers commute to and from church in the church buses from and to pre-arranged points.
- Maintenance of law and order is of the essence with a growing congregation.
- Co-ordination and control of car parking within and outside the church premises to ensure conformity with road and traffic regulation.
- Ensure that members’ parked cars are secure during church services
Sanctuary Keepers/Decoration
- Ensure that the main sanctuary, church offices, and the general surrounding of the place of worship are kept clean and orderly at all times
- Ensure that social facilities are clean, presentable and necessary facilities are available at all times .
- Arrangement of sanctuary and other areas to meet the needs of our various types of services.
- Decorate and beautify the auditorium and church halls.
Medical Team
- Provide first aid and also attend to medical emergencies of worshipers during church services.
Protocol
Customer Service arm of the church. This includes activities such as:
- Welcome special guests and provide relevant information to worshipers.
- Counting and collating of church attendance during services.
- Organisation and coordination of the counselling sessions
- Support prompt recovery of lost properties.
- Processing Kingdom service forms for all members.
